The Portmore City Municipality now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Rehabilitation of Road and Infrastructure.
Scope: To undertake Rehabilitation of Road and Infrastructure in the following Communities of Portmore, St. Catherine:
Cumberland
Hamilton Gardens
Hellshire
Portsmouth
Southborough
Westchester
Procurement Method: National Competitive Bidding
Eligibility: A current Tax Compliance Letter (TCL), proof of registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC/NCC) in the category of General Road Works – Minimum Grade 2, Bid Security in the amount required by the Bidding document
Tender documents can be purchased online at a non-refundable fee of J5,000.00 each by depositing funds to National Commercial Bank (NCB), Portmore Branch A/C# 361005643, and email copy of the receipt to portmoreceo@gmail.com

Between 9:00 a.m and 2:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Friday, from the cashier at the Portmore City Municipality, Shop 80-86 Portmore Pines Plaza, Portmore, St. Catherine.
Tender documents will be available for pick up on Thursday, May 6th, 2021 at the offices of the Portmore City Municipality, Shop 80-86 Portmore Pines Plaza, Portmore St. Catherine.

Tender for all bids closes no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 10th, 2021.
Opening of bids will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 10th, 2021 in the Municipality’s conference room.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the bid closing date.
