The PMC has approved a three (3) months amnesty on the building approval process to commence December 1,2015 through to March 1,2016 to waive the penalty and hoarding fees.
(Penalty fee is usually 60% of building fee )
* Special considerations for Senior Citizens age 60 and over to be granted 50% reduction of the building fee
* Home owners whom built 10 years and upwards would receive a further 20% discount on building fees
